Yes another San Martin! this one was sent in for a review on the channel but now I have started another channel called My Watch Reviews where I will be doing some sponsored reviews like this one but also covering many vintage pieces from my own personal collection. Please check out the channel and subscribe for more videos coming all the time.

Now this San Martin. Another massive watch and to be honest its its worst feature. This watch is 45mm in diameter! A big pilots watch. I guess in the truest of form as original pilots watches were also very big so the pilots could read them.

For modern day wrists I think this watch is too big which is a real shame because the aesthetics of this one are quite simply stunning.

A solid bronze case which will eventually patina to a greenish colour if you let it. It also has the biggest crown I have ever seen on a wrist watch! its 12mm diameter and sticks out 6mm from the case.
The dial though is beautiful. It has texture and that brown burst colour is really nice and suits it so well. The biggest sub dial I have ever seen too but again to a nice standard and a lovely sub second hand to go with those cathedral hands.

Here is is on my 7″ (18cm) wrist.

I think I can just about get away with this one. I wore it solid for a week to be sure and by the end of the week I didnt really want to take it off! that does not happen to me regularly.

In my review I take the back off to show a lovely Sea_Gull hand winding movement ST3621 highly decorated movement which shamefully its covered up now by the caseback.

Overall a nice watch for the money at just over £200 uk so allot for that believe me.

Here is my honest review.
