This has got to be one of the best dials I have in my collection. The Seiko 7009-8081 is from February 1976. I could see this one had potential but I didn’t realise how much until it arrived in the post. I won this on eBay for a small amount which made it even sweeter! . It was not running well so I serviced the movement and it then ran very nicely indeed. I refinished the case and bracelet along with a new crystal.
