Here is my Seiko 6309-8070 that I have fully restored from a non running watch. Absolutely love the design of this one and was quite a challenge. I had to refinish the case back to highly polished condition which took allot of work due to the state it was in. I replaced the crystal with a Skernkruez replacement with a bevelled eddge, and fit a 6309 movement. When it arrived it had a 6119 movement and the wrong day / date wheels. I was fortunate to find a donor that was used for the parts. Serviced the movement and now its looking and running fantastic. Topped it off with a re-lume of the hands to complete the look.
A really great piece that is as bonkers as the 1970s were. This watch dates at 1978.
