Bought this one mainly because it has a coffin link bracelet which is not on any other Seiko watch in my collection. It came in a bit worse for wear but then I only buy a watch I can fix up.
Watch houses the 6106 movement which I am all too familiar with so just stripped that down and gave it a good clean and service. With that out the way its then all about cosmetics. Starting with the dial.
I cleaned all the debris off it and then removed the old lume from the dial and hands and re-lumed with my Bergeon Lume kit.
After that I reapplied the circular brushing to the case and given the crystal was acrylic that was freshened up also. The Bracelet was cleaned in the ultrasonic and then using Scotchbrite material I refreshed the brushing on it.
Was a nice easy job this one and the finished result it quite pleasing.
