In principle the kit is as simple as it gets with watchmaking in that you are not building a movement but merely fitting movements into cases, fitting hands and bezels. This though can be a challenging task for the beginner.
This company provides all the video tuition, all the tools and watch parts, plus some spare hands in order for you to be able to build you own watch and to wear your watch with pride knowing you had a hand in its production.
This is their first GMT model. A GMT is basically a 4 hand movement where one of those hands can be used to track a separate timezone. If you travel a lot then this is a good watch to use on your travels.
GMT watches have become very popular in 2021/2022 mainly due to Seiko making the movement model NH34 which is a budget but effective GMT movement. This then ends up in the hands of microbrands who have all made various GMT models throughout 2022.
